Terms and Conditions

1. I agree that if I rented a power bank before 2 p.m, I shall ensure that it is returned before 9 p.m the same day. And that if I rented a power bank after 2 p.m., I shall ensure that it is returned before 10 a.m the next day. This is except for post 2 p.m on Saturdays, and on some special days, and at those times when I rented it for longer than the standard time, in which case I shall return it at the due time captured in the order details accessible from my dashboard on swyfta.com. 
2. I agree that the ultimate indicator that I have returned any power bank I rented shall be the status of the order captured in the order details accessible from my dashboard on swyfta.com. In addition to that, I agree that it is solely my responsibility to confirm/ensure that, after returning the power bank, the status of the order is correctly reflected in the order details accessible from my dashboard on swyfta.com, and to approach/contact the shop for redress if that is not the case within 24 hours from the said time of return. 
3. I agree to pay the sum of NGN50 per hour, without ceiling or limit, upon failure to return the rented power bank, for any reason whatsoever, at the due time. 
4. I agree that in the event of loss or damage of the power bank, intentionally or otherwise, I shall pay for its replacement of which the sum shall be informed by its market value as at the time of the event. In addition to that, I shall pay the sum of NGN1000 for its branding. 
5. I agree that I shall have a 7-day window, without any obligatory extension by the management/shop, to return the rented power bank or pay the cost of its replacement and branding, and settle all of its accrued charges. In addition to that, I agree that my late return charge shall keep accruing until the power bank is returned/paid for and all accrued charges are settled. 
6. I agree that the management reserves the right to employ any tactics to its full discretion (which may range from notifying my sponsor and/or next of kin, approaching the school authority or any of its offices, engaging the police and/or local security outfit(s)) to recover the rented power bank/the cost of its replacement and all accrued charges. In addition to that, I agree to pay for any injury(ies) or damage(s) my non-compliance may have caused the service, its provider, its management, or any of its representatives.

By tendering a copy of my AE-FUNAI (the university) portal profile and proceeding to rent power bank, I solemnly and fully agree to the enforcement of this agreement to the letter.
